Transferring Options

We know that sometimes plans change or unforeseen circumstances come up. If for any reason you are no longer able to attend this event, you can transfer your ticket to someone else and subsequently receive a refund.

There are two options when transferring a ticket. If you have someone that you wish to transfer the ticket to, you can action this yourself by logging into your EtchRock account. The below article will guide you through this process :-
Alternatively, if you don’t have someone that you wish to transfer the ticket to, EtchRock is managing a waiting list. All of the unsuccessful applicants from the ballot have been added to this waiting list, so those that originally entered the ballot do not need to request to be added to this waiting list.
To offer your place to someone on that list please contact support@etchrock.com

Transfers are available 1st March until September 30th, 2026
